I have been charting my cycles for over ten years and I am certified to teach this beautiful and life giving practice to other women. It's through the gentle and merciful grace of God that I am able to share this knowledge, drawing from my extensive training and deeply personal experiences to teach from a Catholic and human-centered perspective. 

 

The Lord has brought me on a long journey from radical pro-choice feminist towards discovering my true identity as a beloved daughter of God. Contrary to modern, secular belief, the Catholic Church, through the inspiration of Humanae Vitae, has contributed greatly to the promotion of women's health and well-being, the protection of human life and upholding the value and dignity of men, women, marriage and families.

I teach the Sympto-Thermal Method of Fertility Awareness and Natural Family Planning (NFP). My teaching is informed through the lens of Theology of the Body (TOB), and I am currently undertaking my third course with the TOB Institute in Philadelphia, USA. Theology of the Body is the profound teachings on the human person delivered as Wednesday audiences by Pope John Paul II.

 

JP2 is a mystic and saint of and for our times. TOB provides the antidote to the devastation being wrought on our humanity by the sexual revolution, and in particular, the introduction of the contraceptive pill.

Many women and men are deceived into believing that the sensual pleasures of the world can fulfill them and bring happiness.

​

From contraception and abortion to promiscuity and pornography - we have been lied to.

​

The truth is in Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth and the life.

Mary is our Blessed Mother, the mother of God. Her womb was the first tabernacle of Christ.

The truth is necessary. The truth is humbling. The truth will set you free.
